In data 15 marzo 2012 si è tenuta, presso l’Italian Club in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, l’assemblea annuale dei soci della Camera di Commercio Italo-Sudafricana. Ad aprire la sessione dei lavori è stato il Presidente Andrea Moz, che ha salutato e ringraziato l’Ambasciatore d'Italia Vincenzo Schioppa, Presidente Onorario della Camera di Commercio.
Poi è stato fatto il punto della situazione finanziaria e consegnato il bilancio al 31 dicembre 2011. Bilanco che è stato commentato da Osca Rivoli, tesoriere della Camera di Commercio, e da Mauro Predieri, revisore dei conti.
Positivi i risultati raggiunti nel 2011 e numerosi i progetti per l’anno 2012. In crescita anche il numero delle imprese italiane che si affidano alla Camera di Commercio Italo-Sudafricana per instaurare relazioni commerciali e per trovare partner locali.

ORDINARY ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ITALIAN-SOUTH AFRICAN CHAMBER OF TRADE AND INDUSTRIES
The Annual General Meeting of the Italian-South African Chamber of Trade and Industries was held at the Italian Club in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, on 15 March 2012. The meeting was opened by Andrea Moz, President of the Italian Chamber of Trade and Industries, who welcomed and thanked H.E. Dr Vincenzo Schioppa, the Italian Ambassador, who is Honourary President of the Chamber.
Moz then spoke about the Chamber’s financial situation and presented the financial statements as at 31 December 2011. Oscar Rivoli, Treasurer of the Italian-South African Chamber of Commerce, and Mauro Predieri, the appointed auditor, commented on the financial statements.
The results achieved in 2011 were positive and many projects for 2012 were discussed, with it being noted that the number of Italian companies using the services of the Italian-South African Chamber of Commerce to initialise trade relations and to find local trade partners was on the increase.
The Annual General Meeting closed with the appointment of a new Board of Directors for the year 2012/2013:
